In 2025, we partnered with Original Deeds Rum to improve the performance of their direct-to-consumer channel and unlock more revenue from existing demand. While the brand had built awareness and traffic, the Shopify experience was failing to convert visitors efficiently. Our mandate was clear. Fix the path to purchase. Remove friction. Turn traffic into sales.

We delivered a focused optimisation sprint across their Shopify store. We reworked product detail pages to improve clarity and decision speed, implemented core CRO mechanics, and simplified the checkout flow to reduce abandonment. We also restructured site architecture and metadata to support search performance and long-term acquisition efficiency. The work prioritised measurable impact over cosmetic change.

Within 30 days of launch, conversion rate increased by approximately 90 percent. Total sales rose 137 percent period over period, alongside a 32 percent increase in sessions. The engagement proved that targeted CRO and backend improvements can drive immediate revenue lift and establish a scalable foundation for DTC growth.
